ABOUT EMILY

Emily Hussey received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University and worked for Children’s Mercy Sports Medicine treating adolescent athletes for 11 years. As a lifelong athlete herself, she has always had an interest in physical activity and wellness and loved getting work with student athletes and help them come back from injury even better and stronger than they were before. After 11 years, she left the PT world to shift her focus to her own growing family and kids’ busy schedules. She is a mother of 4 very active children and spends a lot of time these days in the car chauffeuring them to and from their various activities!

After a couple of years at home full time, she started to miss the world of physical therapy and decided to return in a different role. She took on an administrative and billing specialist role at Full Range Mobile and has loved being involved in this field she is so passionate about in a more flexible position.

When she isn’t in front of her computer getting work done or taking her kids to and from all the things, Emily enjoys traveling, reading, puzzles, Pilates, taking care of her nieces and nephews, and spending time with friends and family. Emily grew up in Overland Park and her entire family still lives close by, which means regular family dinners and lots of cousin time for her kids. She is a lifelong sports fan and enjoys cheering on her hometown teams, especially the KU Jayhawks, the Chiefs, and the KC Current.
